Starters

Gravadlax with dill dressing and salad garnish

Stroganoff of wild mushrooms with creme fraiche and thyme

Chicken liver pate with onion marmalade and melba toast

Main course

Pesto salmon en croute

Red pepper and goats cheese tartlet

Breast of chicken in a whole grain mustard sauce

All served with summer baby vegetables with a lemon vinaigrette dressing and new potatoes with cherry tomatoes and basil

Dessert

Cranakan traditional Scottish dessert ( Raspberry mousse with honey and toasted oatmeal)

Strawberries and cream
